Introducing Guest Blogger Josh Blackman
I am delighted to introduce Josh Blackman, who will be guest blogging with us this month. Blackman is the President and Co-Founder of the Harlan Institute and is the creator of the popular Supreme Court Fantasy League, FantasySCOTUS.net. He served as a Teaching Fellow during the 2010-11 school year at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he co-taught a federal courts seminar.
Blackman has published law review articles in areas as diverse as constitutional law, information privacy law, property law, national security law, legal history, econometrics, and civil rights law. Blackman’s work has been cited in briefs to the United States Supreme Court. Blackman has also published numerous Op-Eds and articles in the National Law Journal’s Supreme Court Insider, the Washington Times, the Washington Examiner, and others. He has been interviewed about the Supreme Court in the Washington Post, on CNN.com, in Reason Magazine, on Hearst Television, and on ABC Radio. His blog, JoshBlackman.com was selected by the ABA Journal as one of the top 100 legal blogs.
